APPRENTICESHIPS PROGRAM

Earn while you learn through paid, hands-on training combined with classroom instruction. Apprenticeships are NCCER accredited and can help you earn your U.S. Department of Labor Journey-Level Card.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Employed with Sundt for at least one year.
  • Currently in an entry-level role (helper, laborer, etc).
  • To participate in an apprenticeship program, you must be currently assigned to that respective trade (for example, to become a Concrete Construction apprentice, you need to be currently working for the Concrete Division).

Who can apply?

Apprenticeships are designed primarily for Laborers and Helpers. Journeymen and Foremen should pursue Skill Upgrade Training.

How long are apprenticeships?

Programs range from two to four years and include quarterly classroom training for one week each quarter in Arizona.

How do I apply?

Speak with your supervisor to begin the application process. Supervisor approval is required.
